Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding payments, late arrivals, and missed appointments: Card on File Requirement All clients are required to securely store a valid credit or debit card on file when booking services. This ensures a seamless payment process and upholds the integrity of our scheduling system. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full payment for the session will still be required. No-Show and Cancellation Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule less than [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] prior to your scheduled time, the full cost of the service will be charged to your card on file. Acknowledgment By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms and authorize The Herbal Treehouse to charge your card on file as outlined above.
