I was 18 when I was diagnosed with HSV2, I had maybe two flare-ups in the two years of having it, I was using the black seed oil combination at a minimum use and did get off of it for six months because I’m terrible with building a good habit but I restarted the treatment about three months ago and got tested recently and the results were absolutely crazy. It was such a low percentage and the fact that I’m negative and don’t even carry it in my blood anymore is still hard to believe for me but I have had sexual relationships without a condom and they were aware and got tested two weeks later and came out negative so that is why I got tested and later found out and am so happy with the results.
